Using bab 88 Terms & Conditions — In Plain English

Bab 88 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online gaming and betting platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all bab 88 services.

General Bonus Terms:

• Maximum bet limits are determined by your account tier and the type of game being played.
• Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error, bab 88 will refund the stake for that bet.

Sports Betting: Odds on live matches may change. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.

Casino Games: All games are RNG certified. Game outcomes are completely random and no guarantees can be made.

Bab 88 has a strict zero-tolerance policy on match-fixing and any form of fraudulent betting. If such activity is suspected, the account will be suspended immediately.

Closed by Member: You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

Closed by bab 88: We may close an account under the following circumstances:

• If these Terms & Conditions are violated.
• If fraudulent activity is detected.
• If KYC verification fails.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

Inactive accounts may be charged an administration fee of ৳50 (fifty BDT) per month for as long as a balance remains.

Bab 88 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Before any significant changes:

• A notification will be sent to your registered email or mobile number.
• A warning message will be displayed on the platform's homepage.
• At least 7 days' notice will be given before any changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the new terms, you will have the option to close your account.
